What we collect

Browsing these sites. Neither site has forms, accounts, cookies or analytics. Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver the pages and protect them from abuse.

Emailing support. If you email our support, here or at Freshly Squeezed Samples, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in your message, such as order details or a transaction date. We use this only to answer your request.

Why we can use it

We handle support emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in helping customers with their purchases and questions, and, where your request concerns something you bought from us, to meet our obligations to you.

Who else sees it

Our email is provided by Google Workspace and our websites are served by Cloudflare. Both act on our instructions as processors and may handle data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep support emails for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of past orders, and delete them when they're no longer needed.
